Performance psychology. Applied for impact.

I'm Jessica Maes. I hold a Master's degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and I build programs that put that science to work in the real conditions people face every day.

My work is grounded in what the research tells us about how people actually perform under pressure, make decisions, manage stress, and sustain the capacity to do hard things over time.

I am not a motivational speaker. I don't offer generic team-building or abstract goal-setting exercises. I build programs that are practical, evidence-based, and designed to produce something participants will use the following week - not file away and forget.

I've delivered programming for the Wisconsin SBDC Network, higher education, as well as multi-session entrepreneur resilience programs for business owners acress the state.

Pressure is not the enemy. How we understand and respond to it is what determines outcomes. The organizations that invest in that understanding - for their staff and for the people they serve - are the ones that sustain performance over time.
