Infusionsoft is a marketing software that is very effective for many, many small business owners. Infusionsoft allows business owners to automate their marketing, stay in better touch with leads and clients, sell products and more.
Do you work for Infusionsoft?
No, Jessica Maes and Maes Consulting do not work for Infusionsoft.
What is your experience with the software?
Jessica Maes works in the Infusionsoft application every day either to work on marketing strategies in her own application or to build out strategy and implementation for her clients. Infusionsoft strategy and support is all we do at Maes Consulting, so you can be sure Jessica Maes thoroughly knows the application.
What do you “do” for clients?
Business owners that are familiar with Infusionsoft know two things are true about the software: it’s the best automatic marketing solution in its class and it’s time consuming to implement an effective strategy for using it. Jessica Maes and Maes Consulting provides a solution to this. We work with businesses to determine the most effective Infusionsoft strategy to meet their business goals and we also implement strategies into a cleint’s Infusiopnsoft application. Infusionsoft “only works if you work it”; and we help our clients work it!
If we work with Maes Consulting, will our information be kept confidential?
Yes. Part of the process for working together is that Jessica Maes and any members of her team that will be working on your account sign an NDA to ensure your information is kept strictly confidential at all times.
Do you have references?
Many of our clients come to us via referral which in itself is a testimonial. We do not publish testimonials from our clients because of the confidential nature of our role in a client’s business.
Who is “we”? Is there a team at Maes Consulting?
All clients work closely with Jessica Maes. Jessica handles all strategy and project or program management. Implementation and support is often handled by Jessica directly, and sometimes accounts will have a technician from the Maes Consulting team helping with implementation and support. All clients know who has access to their Infusionsoft application in advance.
How do your clients keep track of your progress?
We use the project management software Basecamp with all of our clients to ensure open communication, full disclosure of what is happening with your Infusionsoft application and to keep everyone involved on track and on deadline.
How often to you meet with your clients?
Clients working with Maes Consulting in a longer term program meet with Jessica for one full day early in working together to map out the plans for the Infusionsoft application. After this, Jessica will attend a client’s team meetings by phone as needed (schedule permitting). For clients with shorter term projects, meetings are determined in advance as needed.
When can we start working with you?
There are over 7000 Infusionsoft users at this time and we strive to ensure we are working only with those users that are a good fit for our services.
