This usually involves setting up effective tagging, detailing sequencing, conditional actions and more. Quarterly Review
This service is only available to our existing clients. Once we have crafted strategy and implementation for your business, we can review your application on a quarterly basis to measure results and let you know if your strategy is still working well for your business.

CustomerHub Strategy & Setup – CustomerHub is a membership site software (owned by Infusionsoft) that integrates seamlessly with Infusionsoft. “Integrates seamlessly” means that information can be passed back and forth between the two softwares once integrated. This can make for a smooth and efficient processes from an administrative standpoint. We recommend CustomerHub as a membership site solution as much as we recommend seeking out other options. It’s all about making the best decision for YOUR business and we help our clients do this using our knowledge about the options available.
Ongoing Support Training – Once upon a time Maes Consulting offered ongoing administrative (VA) support services to their clients. Over time this service offering was phased out so that Jessica could focus on strategy and implementation consulting. Now, Jessica will work with clients to ensure their support staff knows how to handle the ongoing support needs of the business. Ongoing support needs are tied to the strategy that is in place so the needs vary from business to business. Since Jessica has created the strategy for her clients she knows what the client’s support staff needs to understand about the software to provide effective ongoing support.
