Why I’m passionate about stress management.

I was very stressed out for a very long time. Once I learned how to change my relationship with stress, my life and my health improved. I want the same thing for you!

As a graduate student studying sport, exercise, and performance psychology, I became particularly interested in the topic of stress. It seemed to me there was something missing in the stress management space. I learned about the stress cycle and discovered:

When we complete the stress cycle, we regulate our system in a way that benefits ourselves and those around us.

I have facilitated workshops on the topics of stress and burnout at the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, in the Green Bay community, as well as online and experience a common theme with every audience:

There is a lot of interest around talking about stress and discovering effective ways to manage stress and avoid, move through, and recover from burnout.

I’ve had the good fortune to learn about impactful ways that are backed by science to process stress and it is my mission and my passion to share this information so we can all learn how to regularly complete the stress cycle and live healthier, more fulfilled lives.

You don’t have to be stuck in the stress cycle. Now is the time change your relationship with stress so you can feel better and live better.

Stress management comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
